Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives tailored to client engagement models. Proactively manage evolving customer requirements, ensuring backlog health and alignment with business value while applying Agile Pragmatism to determine delivery approaches. Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into business insights and owning end-to-end project outcomes with financial oversight. Collaborate with engineers to remove blockers, resolve capacity friction, and address technical debt to support continuous improvement. Deliver data-driven reporting including root-cause analysis and resolution strategies. Report to the Portfolio Manager within a matrixed environment, balancing speed, quality, and risk management across medium to large ICT projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience managing medium to large ICT projects
- Proven ability to deliver modernisation and transformation initiatives across Cloud, Data, Modern Work, and Networks
- Strong Negotiation skills to balance customer requirements with delivery team priorities
- Confidence with adaptive planning, iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- A disciplined approach to risk and mitigation management, with the ability to identify potential delivery challenges early
- A drive to continuously learn and build your understanding of the technical landscape, ensuring your planning and collaboration with engineers remain relevant and impactful
