Job Summary
Own enterprise technology and operational initiatives from initial planning through launch and sustained adoption. Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting while managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Lead system rollouts, integrations, and automation initiatives to simplify workflows and reduce manual friction. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure successful go-lives. Use dashboards and BI tools to track progress, measure impact, and inform next steps. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture insights and drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Proven success leading enterprise-level technology implementations
- Experience managing complex, multi-site or operational environments
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Property management or multifamily industry experience preferred
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Experience with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or AppFolio preferred
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
