Job Summary
Lead end-to-end supply chain project management for product change initiatives within a Strategic Business Unit, acting as the primary voice for all supply chain functions. Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain execution strategies that align SBU and functional objectives, ensuring successful activation through start of ship and technical transfer. Facilitate communication, coordinate activities across cross-functional partners, and manage implementation of product change concepts to drive speed to market. Identify cost savings opportunities, synchronize project priorities with integration resources, and design best practice business processes for effective resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: 5 years' experience in a supply chain role
- 2 years' experience with desktop & ERP applications
- Experience with production/inventory control systems
- Operations planning experience
- Project management experience
- People management experience
- Experience with demand creation functions (i.e. interface with external customers, Marketing, Sales, and/or R&D)
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical degree
