Job Summary
Oversee the entire multi-family construction lifecycle from initiation to closeout, serving as the primary on-site representative and main contact for clients and the construction team. Drive safety culture while managing project drawings, contracts, and subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Lead stakeholder meetings, handle change orders and RFIs, and collaborate with the Field Operations Director to maintain compliance with design specifications. Estimate and oversee project budgets, monitor financials, and manage bid reviews and scope trades. Obtain necessary permits and negotiate contracts to deliver projects on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of Construction / Project Management experience in multi-family wood-frame construction
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Timberline, and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field preferred
- Construction Supervisors License is preferred but not required
