Job Summary
Lead high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring while ensuring regular feedback and timely performance appraisals. Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors regarding project risks, timetables, costs, and change management to define scope and establish work plans. Manage the CM bid process, including post-bid reviews, and coordinate project planning services with the Project Planning Leader. Oversee processing of project documents, establish subcontract agreements, and clarify expectations through pre-bid and post-bid meetings. Assess client relationships from contract initiation through the warranty period to ensure proper service delivery. Full-time position with extended hours and weekends; requires Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and five years of commercial construction leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related job field
- Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role reflecting progressive leadership responsibilities
- Successful completion of classes or other training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication
- OR Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience
