Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery for international Air Traffic Management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting customer satisfaction and financial objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and global engineering groups to execute successful project plans, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure contractual compliance. Monitor project performance, manage risk mitigation plans, and support bid and proposal activities by contributing to competitive, high-quality project plans aligned with Thales governance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth while collaborating with customers and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
- 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager or Bid Manager
- Strong knowledge of project management and systems engineering, with experience in project planning, risk, procurement and financial management
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Professional proficiency in English
- Availability to travel
Desired Qualifications
- IPMA or equivalent certification
