Job Summary
Facilitate management of project cost, schedule, and scope execution for the Natrium Demonstration project using best practices and earned value data. Assist teams in achieving deliverables while managing variances, developing corrective actions, and maintaining resource plans. Coordinate with engineering leads, the Contract Administrator, and the PMO to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Ensure project records are stored per corporate procedures and support planning within control accounts. This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and requires 7+ years of PM experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to Project Management or Project Delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working with highly multidisciplinary and matrixed teams
- Proficiency in project planning, implementation and delivering results
- Working knowledge of project scheduling and budget control, EVMS tools and project control requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts
