Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate industrial EPC/EPCM projects to meet technical, commercial, scheduling, and financial objectives. Serve as primary customer interface to ensure delivery within contractual scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships. Develop and implement project plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and handle commercial matters, change requests, and contract modifications. Monitor performance against technical specifications and contractual deliverables, coordinate erection and commissioning activities, manage NCRs, and prepare monthly status reports. Ensure compliance with Tenova technical standards, ISO quality systems, and safety/environmental regulations. Travel up to allowed levels; leverage ERP/CRM systems (SAP or similar) and tools like Microsoft Project; pursue PMP or equivalent as a preferred skill.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial project management
- Experience in EPC or EPCM environments
- Strong understanding of contract types and commercial terms
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as required
