Job Summary
Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements, then coordinate with Construction Managers and field teams to execute project plans. Maintain project tracking systems for accurate reporting, support scheduling and inspections, and manage customer communication while monitoring progress to escalate risks. Ensure compliance with safety standards, support weekly audits, and handle project closeout documentation. Assist Senior Project Managers with bid preparation and financials. This field-based role involves up to 50% travel and 24/7 rotational on-call participation for emergency callouts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience
- Prior experience in construction management or field leadership
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read telecom construction prints and use Google Earth
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Field-based role with significant travel (up to 50%)
- 24/7 rotational on-call participation for emergency customer callouts
