Project Manager - Telecommunications (Fiber Design)

Job Summary
Project Manager oversees fiber design projects from initiation to close-out, mentors assistant PMs, and manages cost, scope, and schedule while liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include proposal development, kickoff/discovery, high-level workflow planning, cost forecasting, change orders, risk mitigation, and maintaining client relationships. Key competencies include telecommunications/fiber design, budget and risk management, stakeholder communication, CRM usage, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel and occasional in-person coordination are required; role supports remote work with an initial in-person orientation in Perrysburg, OH.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Project management certification preferred
- Proven experience delivering projects on time and in budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
