Job Summary
Manage end-to-end cybersecurity and IT projects within the Risk Management Framework, ensuring strict alignment with government standards and compliance requirements. Lead project execution by managing milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers and vendors, and overseeing fiscal, operational, and resource aspects. Create technical documentation, track deliverables and performance metrics, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Maintain adherence to contract specifications and organizational objectives while identifying risks and mitigating issues. Work day shift Monday through Friday with less than 10% travel at JBSA Fort Sam Houston.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Project Management with Army or other DoW Organizations
- Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) policies, directives, and regulatory guidance in the cybersecurity field
- Knowledge and experience with technologies such as cloud computing environments, cybersecurity infrastructure, forensic analytics, and DoW Public Key Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams consisting of cybersecurity engineers, system administrators, developers, vendors, and government stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables within a Federal or DoW environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting project status updates, executive briefings, and performance metrics to senior leadership and government customers
- Knowledge of DoW hosting environments, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures
- Program Management Professional (PMP)
- US Citizen

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and RMF workflow tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate security policies, implementation guidance, and requirements into effective cybersecurity engineering solutions
- Experience with Information Technology (IT) project management in a government or military setting with an emphasis on cybersecurity and compliance projects
