Job Summary
Manage and oversee all phases of the program/project lifecycle, including schedule, financial, quality, resource, communications, change, configuration, and risk management for the Tech Refresh program. Provide administrative, managerial, logistical, integration, and financial oversight for projects supporting up to 250 sites, while developing standard operation procedures and documentation to streamline future support. Track project standings, status, implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules, ensuring the government remains apprised of risks related to time, scope, and cost. Assist in managing the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes through strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
- Minimum of 10 years in project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Relevant experience working in IC organizations
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to comply with any vaccination requirements mandated by contract, applicable law or regulation
