Project Manager

Coordinate multiple concurrent commercial roofing projects by managing daily strategic planning, production, quality, and customer-service standards. Provide direction on construction schedules, cost control, and dispute resolution while preparing purchase orders, subcontracts, and contract agreements. Monitor project status against scheduling and cost controls, conduct site visits to verify progress and specification compliance, and track submittal approvals. Review payment applications, manage project budgets, and identify variances between estimates and revenue. Resolve complex construction issues and collaborate with general contractors, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project completion. Requires five years of commercial roofing project management experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work at heights.
