Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple technology initiatives by developing project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Align objectives with organizational goals, manage requirements gathering and execution activities, and track financials including budgets, forecasts, and expenditures. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively resolving blockers. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, coach teams on Agile best practices, and partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and drive delivery outcomes. Monitor key delivery metrics and project health indicators using dashboards and reporting tools. Support the CTS Customer Solutions initiative by collaborating with business and technology partners to enhance the end-to-end consulting experience for CDO customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience leading medium to large technology initiatives
- 3+ years successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget and quality guidelines
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, ServiceNow, etc.
- Solid understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities
- Proven ability to successfully lead projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage within it
- Superior written and verbal communication skills including with executive level presentations
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Experience managing project plans, time lines, test plans, resources and budgets
- Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
- Must be able to work in the office at least four (4) days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications
- ITIL or ITSM certifications
- Proven analytical and business skills
- Familiarity with DevOps, release management, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, storage, databases, cloud platforms (AWS), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
