Project Manager & Technical Expert - Data Centers (Mega Projects)

Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex data center projects across Europe, acting as the main technical expert for applications including liquid cooling solutions. Coordinate project activities across engineering, sales, and operations while translating customer specifications into technical solutions and product configurations. Drive project timelines, quality standards, and profitability by managing key relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users. Support business development teams in project acquisition through technical expertise and collaborate closely with global teams to leverage solutions. Ensure successful project handover and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. This role requires 50-75% travel and reports to the Director Mega Projects Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Strong experience in data center / HVAC / mega projects environment
- Proven project management experience in complex, international projects
- Strong technical expertise in valve systems / fluid systems / cooling applications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree
- 50-75% travel
- Must be able to perform job duties outside the typical work setting
