Job Summary
Oversee, plan, and coordinate the full life cycle of technical projects for customers, ensuring goals and deliverables meet timeframe, budget, and satisfaction requirements. Manage labor relations, including hiring and terminations, while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Review proposals to determine staffing and resource allocation, prepare project charts, and perform job cost analysis. Develop IT programs, coordinate RFPs and RFQs, and create cost estimates. Implement industry best practices and project management tools to solve complex work assignments. Maintain customer clearance for system access.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property
- Three (3) years management experience required
- Bachelor's Degree
- five (5) years' Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Five to ten (5-10) years experience in government contracting preferred
