Project Manager / Task Lead

Lead and manage technology projects supporting the IRS's desktop, endpoint, and user-support environments, overseeing planning, coordination, deployment, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Serve as the primary point of contact between the government and contractor, managing contract performance, staffing, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Execute overall planning for endpoint engineering initiatives, maintain work breakdown structures, and lead Integrated Project Team meetings to track risks and issues. Prepare management reports, briefings, and agendas while supporting transition activities for implementation, operation, and completion. Maintain alignment with the Tech Ops PPPM initiative and coordinate cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
