Project Manager

Lead complex high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through completion; coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialty consultants to define scope and maintain design alignment; manage consultant and design schedules to ensure timely completion of coordinated construction documentation; oversee the working drawing process to deliver a complete and coordinated set of construction drawings; ensure construction activities follow approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes; develop, maintain, and track the project construction schedule to meet key milestones and completion dates; facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve issues; provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure strong collaboration and execution; identify and manage project risks and opportunities impacting schedule and financial performance; track and report project financials, including forecasts, budgets, and billings.
