Job Summary
On-site Project Manager leading design-build commercial construction projects across education, healthcare, senior living, industrial, commercial, and retail; you will create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines while balancing quality, safety, and efficiency, coordinate labor/materials/resources, oversee inspections and quality standards, and communicate clearly with owners, designers, trade partners, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience leading design-build commercial construction projects
- Direct commercial construction project management experience
- Hands-on design-build project experience
- Experience on the general contractor side (not owner’s rep, developer, architect, or consultant)
- Led projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Experience working on active jobsites and day-to-day project execution
