Project Manager

Lead and coordinate commercial construction projects within a General Contractor environment, focusing on light industrial buildings, retail, and tenant improvements. Responsibilities include participating in new project sales meetings with BD support, developing and updating project schedules and costs, maintaining project documentation, managing change notices and change orders with subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating and documenting owner/consultant meetings, supporting the Project Estimator with estimates, reviewing subcontractor progress draws and monthly claims, and ensuring site documentation is up to date. Collaborates closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure overall project coordination, while leveraging strong leadership, communication, and contract-knowledge skills to drive successful project delivery. Requires 4+ years PM experience, a construction/engineering diploma, proficiency with MS Office and Project, and the ability to travel ~monthly; applicants must have a valid provincial driver’s license and the right to work in Canada.
