Job Summary
Project Manager to own full-cycle construction projects across GTA for commercial/institutional/multi-residential developments. Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Regular site involvement with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change management; oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators. Requires post-secondary education in construction management or engineering and 7+ years of progressive PM experience in construction; proficiency with drawings, specifications, codes, and Procore or similar platforms; strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management with a general contractor
- Experience managing building construction projects such as commercial, institutional, mixed-use, or multi-residential developments
- Proficiency in construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore or similar software
- Proficiency in project scheduling, financial reporting, and cost management
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in dynamic project environments
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage clients and project stakeholders
