Job Summary
Lead high-rise residential construction projects (30+ storeys) in Toronto; drive full-cycle delivery, scheduling, budgets, on-site leadership, contracts, RFIs, shop drawings, and stakeholder coordination through to project closeout. Requires 5–10+ years in high-rise residential construction, a related degree, and proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera P6) along with strong leadership and safety emphasis.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of construction management experience

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
