Job Summary

Project Manager for a General Contractor overseeing residential multifamily and commercial construction in Kelowna, BC. You’ll support planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and delivery coordination with site teams, consultants, and internal groups. Responsibilities include cost control, forecasting, reporting, risk identification, issue resolution, and project closeout. Requires 5+ years of PM experience on medium to large scale construction projects, experience with residential/multi-family/commercial projects, and familiarity with CM, Design Build, and Stipulated Sum delivery methods. Procore and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and strong organizational/communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or project phases
  • Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects
  • Familiar with Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated Sum
  • Procore
  • Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
  • Microsoft Excel
  • RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation systems
  • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Legal right to work in Canada
