Job Summary
Lead multi-site luxury residential off-grid construction projects across Caribbean, Canada, and the USA from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, site mobilization, and installation of custom infrastructure (utilities, modular systems, marine works, pools, landscaping); maintaining detailed schedules and budgets; tracking progress with digital tools; escalating risks early; and delivering high-touch client-facing updates. Requires a design-build mindset, exceptional communication with high-net-worth clients, field leadership, problem-solving in rugged environments, and a track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects. 5+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, PMP certification, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- PMP certification
- 5+ years of experience managing residential, remote, or infrastructure-intensive construction projects
- Experience with off-grid systems, modular installations, and site logistics
- Proficiency with digital project tools including Gantt charts, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel to project sites across North America and the Caribbean as needed
- Legal right to work in Canada
