Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for leading and delivering critical business and operational projects across the VMS payments ecosystem. Manages multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and commercially. Drives merchant migrations to the VMS PayFac platform, onboards reseller partners, and coordinates delivery of new payment technologies and capabilities. Builds and maintains project plans, RAID logs, governance, and stakeholder communications; supports onboarding, underwriting, activation, and regulatory initiatives (ISO 27001, PCI, safeguarding) and partner integrations with gateways, acquiring banks, and other payment technologies. Focuses on scaling PayFac offerings, ensuring operational readiness, and delivering go-to-market and partner enablement initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.
