Job Summary
Project Manager, Talent Initiatives to support Talent Practice programs across events (virtual and in-person), content, research, asset management, and member engagement. Responsible for translating strategy into action, developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating across internal teams and external partners, and tracking progress against goals. Key duties include managing event execution, supporting content development and speaker engagement, preparing presentations and reports, invoicing and financial reporting, maintaining databases, and ensuring high-quality member experiences. Requires a relevant degree and 3-5 years of project management experience, strong written/verbal communication, advanced Excel, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration across stakeholders. Travel up to 5% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years prior relevant work experience in a corporate or high-paced office setting
- Proven project management experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude for learning data and/or CMS / CRM systems
- Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules
- Proficiency using Zoom, and other virtual platforms
