Job Summary
Construction Project Manager leading commercial projects through preconstruction to closeout; responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, managing budgets and cost controls, coordinating with owners/design teams/subcontractors, leading meetings, mitigating risks, ensuring safety and quality, overseeing subcontractor prequalification and invoices, managing client relationships, and mentoring project staff; proficiency in CM software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) and OSHA 30 certification preferred; PMP/CCM/DBIA/LEED certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction management experience.
- Commercial construction project management experience overseeing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project delivery processes.
- Experience working with subcontractors, consultants, owners, and design professionals.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
