Project Manager

Lead delivery of engineering/construction/mining projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Provide strategic direction across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning; manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance; administer head contracts and subcontracts, including variations and claims; develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and progress reports. Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate internal, global, and third-party resources, manage procurement and supplier performance, and drive client relationships and routine performance updates. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement. Requires a Engineering and/or Project Management degree (preferred) and 5–10 years of project delivery experience in complex engineering, construction, mining, or industrial projects; proficient in MS Project and other PM tools; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
