Job Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of T&D and Substation Construction projects while managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, lead multidisciplinary teams to foster safety and efficiency, and identify risks to maintain compliance with industry standards. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, five years of project management experience with three in T&D/Substation Construction, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- At least 3 years in the T&D or Substation Construction sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Comprehensive understanding of T&D/Substation Construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and environmental compliance in the T&D/Substation Construction industries
- Experience with design-build and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
