Job Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of T&D and Substation Construction projects while managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment, leading teams to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies, providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of experience, including 3 years in T&D or Substation Construction. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- At least 3 years in the T&D or Substation Construction sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Comprehensive understanding of T&D/Substation Construction processes
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Knowledge of regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Familiarity with regulatory standards
- Familiarity with environmental compliance in the T&D/Substation Construction industries
- Experience with design-build projects
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction
