Job Summary
End-to-end ownership of customer projects in APAC, coordinating with SAP/order management, subcontractors, and system engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and a clean handover to Customer Services. Drives project scheduling, logistics, contractual scopes, and change control; manages project documentation, risk, and opportunities for up-selling; oversees P&L, WBS closure, and alignment with sales recognition. Maintains regular stakeholder communication, supports procurement and subcontractor coordination, and ensures adherence to O2C processes and Signify’s project management standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with a focus on project management principles
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer projects in sales and service environments
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent recognized project management certification is mandatory for senior roles
