Project Manager - Systems and Change Management

Job Summary
Lead the implementation and rollout of operational systems and software platforms, managing timelines, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop process improvements, and document workflows and standard operating procedures. Create dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility, while developing business cases and success measures for initiatives. Manage special projects from concept through implementation, ensuring scope, timing, risks, and stakeholder expectations are controlled. Coordinate stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support adoption and organizational alignment. This hybrid role in Morgantown, WV, requires three days in-office weekly, with a preference for PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, systems implementation, or change management
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing and managing software systems and/or business systems
- Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and documentation of procedures or standard operating procedures
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or project tracking systems preferred
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives preferred
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification preferred
