Job Summary
Leads enterprise-wide, cross-functional, large-scale key organizational strategic projects (multi-million-dollar scope) and drives alignment, organization, and successful delivery with executive interface. Develops and sustains an industry-standard project portfolio management process, mentors leaders in PM tools/methodologies, and oversees planning, budgeting, vendor evaluation, contracts, and ROI analyses. Requires guiding tool development, standardization of deliverables, and collaboration across healthcare teams; offers a hybrid work arrangement (in-person and remote) with day shifts and no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations
- Project management professional or equivalent required (preferred)
- Master's degree in Business, healthcare or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- 5+ years experience of project management in healthcare (preferred)
