Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to ensure project teams meet contractual and financial delivery goals. Measure progress, develop tactics to stay on track, and manage budget reports, cost projections, and change orders. Partner with management to create project strategies while developing client relationships through regular status updates. Lead multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects from start to finish, overseeing estimating, financials, and schedules for complex design-build construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing mid to large size MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) projects
- Experience working on large and complex projects with process piping
- Experience managing multiple HVAC construction projects and have a deep understanding of project financials and schedules, tracking production and managing a large project from start to finish
- Expert knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspect
- Ability to present proposals to clients
