Job Summary
Lead project budgets, procurement, RFIs, change orders, billing, and field coordination while owning the full project P&L, technical execution, and margin protection across the municipal project lifecycle. Oversee punch lists, finalize financials, produce closeout documentation, and conduct post-project reviews to ensure client satisfaction and delivery success. Requires at least three years of project management experience with municipal contracting background and proficiency in managing Design-Bid, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery methods. Utilize construction ERP/accounting systems, scheduling software, and digital takeoff tools to drive efficiency.
