Job Summary
Drive delivery of trading systems projects across regions and domains, partnering with developers, traders, and business experts to guide teams from concept to go-live. Assess, implement, and provide guidance on requirements while evaluating project strategies and managing probabilistic outcomes to mitigate risk. Effectively report status to all levels of staff and management to ensure transparency, utilizing strong negotiation skills to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the delivering trading systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis (BA), Project Management (PM) or BA/PM role in IT environment with management of SDLC projects
- Bachelor's degree or similar experience level in a technical discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge / experience with large and complex trading systems
- Accomplished collaborator who can work across business teams and to assess, understand, implement, and provide guidance on requirements
- Great communicator who effectively report on project status to all levels of staff and management regularly to increase project transparency for all participants and stakeholders
- Strong orchestration and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and assess probabilistic outcomes to manage risk
- Evaluate project requirements and objectively analyse them to choose appropriate strategies, tools and/or project management methodologies
- Curious with a desire to understand, analyse, diagram and describe complex distributed systems, processes and high-level data flows
- Flexibility to take on projects at short notice, as well as handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Able to adapt in a changeable environment and familiar with agile mythologies
