Project Manager - Survey

Supervise business and project operations in the Florida Survey department, managing budget, client relations, and business development while overseeing daily activities, time and cost estimates, and manpower projections. Establish annual business plans and office objectives, balance staffing and workload, and prioritize long-term resources to achieve financial objectives. Collaborate with project managers to determine timeframes, budgets, and schedules, maintain executive-level client relationships, and serve as the liaison between clients and project teams. Utilize AutoCAD and related software to research project information and provide guidance to team members. Requires a Professional Licensed Surveyor with 10 years of industry experience and 5 years in project management.
