Job Summary
Project Manager – Survey and Mapping role leading a team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents for residential/commercial land development and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include coordinating survey data using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D, supervising survey crews and office staff, managing ALTA surveys related to solar/wind projects, guiding permit applications and related construction documents, and mentoring staff on staff training and career development. Requires a Professional Survey License (PLS/PSM), 8+ years in surveying, and strong expertise in boundary/ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretations, and real estate documents; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble software is preferred.
