Job Summary
Project Manager for Supply Planning to coordinate ERP implementation across the EMEA region, including defining requirements and planning the development process; coordinating supply planning activities between IT, Warehouse, Finance, Suppliers, Demand Planning, and Distribution Planning; implementing solutions, testing, and documenting processes; training team members and serving as the ERP Key User post-implementation; managing supplier planning for the European central warehouse and direct shipments, prioritizing volumes, and analyzing demand changes; participating in ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within EMEA Supply Planning; hybrid work with two office days in the Lisbon Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in project management
- ERP system implementation experience (ideally SAP)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to define requirements and manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tracking project progress and implementing solutions
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in training teams and conducting system testing
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and process documentation
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive continuous improvement
