Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project execution across supply chain and ERP transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines while overseeing ERP implementation or integration projects, preferably within SAP environments. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives in procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order-to-cash processes by coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure smooth delivery. This contract role offers exposure to global stakeholders and advanced logistics systems like WMS, TMS, or OMS within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of overall experience
- at least 5 years in Program/Project Management
- Strong background in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, and order-to-cash
- Proven experience leading teams of functional and/or technical analysts
- Hands-on experience with ERP transformation or integration projects
- Exposure to logistics system implementations such as WMS, TMS, or OMS
- Experience working in retail or supply chain-driven environments
