Job Summary
Project Manager, Supply Chain leads complex, cross-functional programs across the North America supply chain organization. Own and manage a multi-year program roadmap in partnership with Operations, Transportation, Technology, and external partners; ensure alignment to enterprise strategy, business objectives, and defined KPIs. Oversee program execution including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management; establish governance frameworks and standardized practices; drive cross-program coordination and escalation as needed. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and external partners; manage vendor relationships; provide executive-level communication on program status, risks, and outcomes. Mentor resources in a matrixed environment; support PMO standards and continuous improvement; identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery maturity; partner with PMO leadership to enhance tools, standards, and best practices; drive change management to support adoption of new processes and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years of project/program management experience, including large-scale supply chain initiatives
- Proven experience managing complex programs in a matrixed environment
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience within retail or omnichannel supply chain environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
