Job Summary
Drive supplier compliance, performance monitoring, and corrective action programs while establishing standardized operating procedures for all supply chain requirements. Resolve delivery friction points through in-transit ASN resolution and lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, training, and retraining initiatives based on root-cause analyses. Partner with internal IT, analytics, and cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities, optimize procure-to-pay cycle times, and streamline receiving workflows. Own the Supplier Compliance & Scorecard Framework, manage chargeback programs, and facilitate continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility in Normal, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, Supplier Performance, Logistics, or Procure-to-Pay functions
- Experience preferably within automotive or high-volume advanced manufacturing environments
- Willingness and capability to work 5 days per week at the manufacturing plant in Normal, IL
- Night shift availability (4:30PM-12:30AM)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP)
- Integrated supplier portals/EDI experience
- Familiarity with eKanban systems and receiving workflows
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives between business users and technical IT/systems teams
- Strong capability in root-cause analysis (8D, SCAR processes)
- Data-driven performance tracking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated experience building training curriculum
- Experience hosting webinars
- Experience leading supplier reviews
- Ability to drive alignment across executive and shop-floor partners
- Self-starter mindset with high accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Operational agility to drive both routine execution and ad-hoc strategic programs
