Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects across cross-functional teams. Will coordinate activities including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking progress to ensure alignment with timelines. Prepare and present detailed project reports (sprint summaries, status updates, delivery forecasts). Build and maintain advanced Jira/JQL queries to extract insights, track blockers, and monitor team performance. Manage capacity and resource allocation, apply estimation techniques for sprint planning and roadmap forecasting, and maintain project documentation. Communicate with Leads, Team Members, and Stakeholders to meet goals; facilitate collaboration and foster a positive team environment. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; assist in end-to-end delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications
- BSCS
- BSSE
- BSIT
- 3–4 years of experience in project management
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira including advanced JQL
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
