Project Manager - SUE

Job Summary
Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning through completion using Kompass and Teams. Meet with clients, field crews, engineers, and design personnel to establish plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate resources, track progress against timelines, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Act as a liaison between clients and project teams regarding changes or problems, while managing communication between field crews, office teams, and clients to deliver quality surveys. Select and coordinate vendors, contractors, or subcontractors, and handle material management and delivery scheduling. Brief crews, provide necessary project files, and deliver progress reports to management. Provide training and guidance for SUE field technicians, review compiled plan sets, and analyze data for QAQC purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant SUE Management/ Utility mark out experience and related experience combining both field and office
- Strong knowledge of EMI and GPR equipment
- Strong knowledge of surveying process including control, traverse, levels
- Working knowledge of CAD (Carlson, Civil 3D)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Surveying, is helpful but not necessary
