Job Summary
Project Manager leading planning and lifecycle of SaaS software implementations. Responsibilities include developing project plans with scope, timelines and resources; overseeing kickoff to go-live; main client contact for updates and expectations; coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors; proactive risk assessment and mitigation; driving customer success and adoption; organizing client training and onboarding; maintaining project documentation and change logs. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, CS or related field, 3-5 years in PM for SaaS/tech, full lifecycle software implementation experience, strong customer-facing and written/verbal communication skills, Jira proficiency, and English fluency (additional languages a plus). Preferred: PMP or similar certification, experience in end-user compute or digital employee experience implementations, and a background in professional services or consulting. The contract location is Göppingen/ Karlsruhe/ Bremen/ Berlin/ Munich/ Stuttgart, Germany, with hybrid remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or relevant industry experience
- 3-5 years of proven project management experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle of software implementation projects
- Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to deliver positive business outcomes
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with Jira
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
