Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver rack deployment projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines, resources, and customer requirements. Develop comprehensive design proposals and delivery plans in collaboration with design engineers, coordinate with integration, solutions, testing, and production teams to transition from prototyping to mass production, and participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive process improvements, manage installation and deployment of server racks, and ensure adherence to industry standards while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in rack systems, integration, or project/product management
- Proven track record in managing projects related to supercomputing or similar fields
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, with the ability to create work breakdown structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and project documentation
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Familiarity with the rack manufacturing industry and the ability to interpret rack elevation drawings
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
