Job Summary
Lead delivery of signalling & communications rail projects in Perth, overseeing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction to meet time, cost and quality targets. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost control, and drive strong safety, risk and compliance leadership while building relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders. Lead and develop high-performing project teams to deliver complex rail infrastructure safely and on schedule, in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Engineering, Construction, or similar)
- 10+ years’ experience in rail project delivery (signalling/communications)
- Strong knowledge of rail systems lifecycle, safety standards and compliance
- Proven commercial, contract and stakeholder management capability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in live rail environments
