Job Summary
Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, overseeing safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, environmental compliance, project controls, and public/community relations. Establish project teams, coordinate activities across disciplines, develop and monitor schedules and budgets, manage prime/subcontracts and changes, provide primary client contact, drive risk reviews, and ensure successful delivery of EPC/Construction/Program Management projects on time and within budget. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff, support business development through client relationships, and ensure QA/QC adherence and safety program compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management or related degree
- 7 years applicable experience
- experience on construction project sites or executing program management in industries such as aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- ability to work overtime on short notice
- excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to work collaboratively with owners, contractors, engineers, designers in a multi-disciplined team
- strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software
