Job Summary
Lead and manage high-voltage substation projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards. Coordinate approvals, compliance, and inspections with SEC while overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance, manage project teams and contractors, and identify risks with mitigation plans. Prepare progress reports to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering, 12–15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure, SEC approval, and strong leadership skills. PMP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- GCC Experience
- extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects
- proven track record of working in compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing High Voltage Substations projects
- Must be approved by Saudi Electricity Company
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
