Job Summary
Organize cross-functional activities and manage project initiation, execution, control, and closeout for planning, environmental, design, and construction projects. Direct proposal development, monitor manpower requirements against budget, and supervise Assistant Project Managers to ensure efficient team operation. Lead and evaluate personnel while serving as the primary point of contact for the client regarding administrative and technical reviews. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, and risk elements to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional Engineering (PE) license, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification
- Prior experience managing projects in an airport or complex public sector environment
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle processes, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
